# Qualifications and Requirements

## App Categories

Unifi Apps is open to a wide range of service categories, provided the application demonstrates:

* Well-designed game or service experience
* Sustainable monetization mechanism
* Clear and compliant user reward structure

Please note that onboarding is subject to Unifi Apps and LINE Mini App policies. Certain service categories may be restricted, and DeFi-related applications may require additional regulatory and compliance reviews prior to approval.

Apps already deployed on the Kaia ecosystem but not on LINE may also apply to launch on Unifi Apps. However, to be eligible, the following criteria must be met:

* The app must be deployed on Kaia, and
* The app must exclusively integrate the Unifi Apps SDK.

## App Build Options

Projects may choose to support one or more of the following build types:

1. Web App and,
   * Integrates the Unifi Apps SDK
2. LIFF App or,
   * Integrates the Unifi Apps SDK
3. LINE Mini App
   * Integrates the Unifi Apps SDK, including the LINE In-App Purchase (IAP) module
   * Subject to additional review and approval by LINE-Yahoo (LY) Corporation
   * Additional requirements may apply

## Additional Requirements

* All applicants must meet the following requirements:

  * A clearly defined in-app or in-game monetization strategy
  * Exclusive use of payment and wallet providers supported by the Unifi Apps SDK
  * Full localization of in-app content for core target markets
  * Strict adherence to the Unifi Apps SDK payment and wallet connection methods

  For projects planning to deploy tokens:

  * Allocation of a specified portion of tokens may be required
  * A detailed token launch plan must be submitted
  * Prior consultation and approval are required before the Token Generation Event (TGE)

  All applications must comply with the standards outlined in the Unifi Apps Review Guidelines. Additional requirements may apply depending on the service category and implementation.
